Thanks lilac5, as far as I knew that's how easy it was supposed to be. Just this second I checked their wall (I posted this question there too) and they said that as of today accounts will be verified by phone number only. I'm waiting for a response as to how we will be recieving the SMS pin without a cellphone

its only to prevent fraud and abuse , no marketing or advertising will be sent out .

I totally get why and it's a good thing that you guys are protecting your users.
I'm just frustrated because my cell phone is down, using the home number isn't working and I don't know anyone who is willing to let me use their number. I've tried to explain to them that they will not receive any unwanted spammy ads on their phone but many of them have in the past due to unrelated promos, etc. that they have signed up for.

I apologize for all the ranting as I think Gifthulk is a great site. I was just really excited for my first cash-out that I now cannot receive.

I don't think the complaint is about needing to verify with a phone number. I think that the complaint is that she/he doesn't have their own cell phone and their landline won't accept SMS messages so they can't verify with a phone number. I'm sure if they were able to verify with a phone number the message would not have the angry face attached.

I have no problem verifying, but I have a cell phone, so easy peasy for me.

Vids. on Wall 3 and wall 6 credited .2 X 5 = 2 coins
Wall 9 has Iberostar Facebook offer for 2 coins, not as good as Swagbucks but ....if you missed out on SB you can get it here
