I have tryed customer service since Dec 5. They did replied but still not get back my coins that not in watched videos that day + doubles deducted in bonus bar (Nothing help .....)
Bonus bar only credited me 3 times but I got deducted 6 times

Coins before watch videos 289 after got deducted from watched 400 videos = 115++ ???? (how come ???)
I also got 2 deleted from Order history 499coins redemption record (1 ordered from after videos ,1 from before videos than I have been got paid,may cause they deducted me 6 times in bonus bar.....)


Total coins I loss was about 256++ but still waiting for customer service in my ticket....
( 175 coins lossing from account + 82++ after adjustment from videos)
