Donna - I had an Amazon code that didn't work and they reissued it pretty quick recently.

It's also happened once before with GH a few months back and same thing.

Yup! they are all worth $5 each and they for .ca , I should have put them in my account sooner , but my account is active and in good standing both @GH and Amazon .ca , and they should not expire , right !

or maybe they didn't pay amazon for the $5 codes and amazon canceled them - since they did lie about the reason for not offering the .com codes to Canadians maybe amazon is limiting the gift cards they can buy

I just checked GH's facebook page, and their announcement of them discontinuing the $5 amazon.CA was dated November 7th, 2012.
I too believe that Amazon codes don't expire.
