Just wondering if Krinos is sold in Atlantic Canada. I LOVE Feta, but I've never paid attention to the brand, and since I have 2 $1.50 off coupons for it, it would be great if it was sold here.

I looked more closely at the site and it has plants in Toronto/Montreal and that it can be found all over Canada in supermarkets etc, but I'm just not sure if I've seen it around here.

I joined their newsletter, but still didn`t see anything about locations, so I emailed them. I`ll let you know when I get a response.

A lady was doing a product demo of this cheese at Costco a couple of weeks ago. I'd remarked that I'd just gotten a coupon in the mail and she seemed interested. But I don't think Costco takes coupons, do they?

This was what I got as a response:

Thank you for your interest regarding our Krinos Foods product. You can find our Products at the following store in Nova Scotia: European Cheese Broker 6516 chebucto road Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3L 1L7 902-444-7680

I`ll assume they don`t take coupons

Check Atlantic Superstore just in case, RCSS carries it in Ontario. Freshco have it too but I don't know if you have those out there.

I know at the Ontario SS it's in the little island coolers in front of the deli section, with the brie and camembert etc. Good luck! I would check Metro as well.

All Superstores carry Krino, but it is very expensive. $9.99 for 400gm or so, compared to 5.99 for Holmestead or Blue Menu brand

Not work the coupon off, it is still very expensive

if you like Feta, you should go to the Cash & Carry in Halifax and for 25 bucks you can get a full bucket of 3KG I think, and it lasts forever in the fridge your best value for Feta, but Holmestead is not the best flavor,

I must have missed the Krinos when I was at the Joe Howe Superstore yesterday. But that definitely explains why I haven't noticed it. I would not pay that much for a pound or so of feta.

Thanks for the info. And while I love feta, 3 Kg seems a little daunting.
