When you joined the train you should have PMed the conductor. See if you can find it in your SENT folder
Found it... I am bored at work (lol) so I searched by posts that you made since you only have 54, it was easy:

How I keep track of trains I'm a part of, is I bookmark it and add it to my favourites bar so the link is right there until the train is over and I can delete it.
