I bought some DVD's at SuperStore the otherday. They were in a bin marked $20 and had a $20 sticker on them, but when i went to pay they were $32.99. The customer service person gave them to me for $20 but said they were not eligable for SCOP because they had a sticker on them? Is it true that any stickered item that scans up wrong is not eligable?

If it has a sticker on it then you can't use SCOP, unfortunately.

So SCOP only applies to the label on the shelf period - the product can't have any stickers at all?
I've been afraid of SCOP because I'm just not familiar enough with it

Yes, if the item has a price sticker on it scop does not apply even if there is a shelf price that says the same thing as the sticker... Scop also doesn't apply for those percent off stickers they have at Loblaws stores because the cashier has to actually press a button to get the percent off of the price...
