That's not cool... she has entire tearpads... and not just one, but tons of them at home (a whole bin full of TEARPADS)... that's not classy... people should leave room for others to benefit from the deals as well.

Did you notice all the full tear pads she had?
wow i would like to have half of her coupon collection, i thought mine was good but wow, but i dont have whole tare pads only a few of each
Yeah a whole basket of tear pads, not cool at all!!!!!
I saw the tearpads, and I also noticed that they were the full pad... No wonder ppl can't get some...
I really hope she is not a smart canuck - big NO NO to take several WHOLE tear pads - glad she doesn't live here - sorry BC'ers, I can see why you guys can't find them - utterly shocked
So not cool, Amanda Ryland!

im not happy too u!
she got the whole tearpad and wondrin if manufacturer see it they might limit on givng coupons since extreme couponing is here too :(
time and time again we see evidence of someone taking entire coupon pads. Yet so many people try to say the reason there are no coupon pads is because there are just more couponers taking a few coupons.... yeah... right....
She is a coupon HOG !
Disgusting looking at all those tearpads she has. I doubt she bought them on ebay. People who take tearpads have no shame. If you really need to grab some. Take 3 or 4 max & then on your next shopping trip or at another store, grab a few more there, not the whole darn pad so other people don't get a chance to grab 1 or 2. However, just think that if 20 people went and grabbed 6 coupons, there wouldn't be any left in a few days after the coupons are displayed.
I hope she's not an Scer - puts us to shame. I real wonder how much she donates. With all those jars of bbq sauce neatly stocked on the shelf, I doubt that she intended on giving those away. Most people I know that donates food just drops it off at the food bank. Really- who would take all those supplies home, unload it & then repack it into the car & just have to unload it. It would make more sense to buy the items (most likely stacked most of her items & got them for dirt cheap) & have those packed in a box & dropped off at the food bank bins in the grocery stores on the way home. If she had bought from the London Drugs on West Broadway in Vancouver there are so many large grocery stores with food bank bins.
wow.. she really does have serveral entire tear pads... I guess thats where all the coupons are going :( I can never find any at the stores anymore :(
Full pads, no wonder I cant find any good coupons in stores !!!
I agree 100%. That is just selfish and the companies when they see that will not be happy. All they will think is that "we didn't print all those coupons for one person to use, they were to get more customers to try our product....what can we do to stop it".
You see everyone, its not the retailers that will care too much, its the companies who release these coupons for their products and the lawyers who write them that it effects. They arn't seeing the benifits from this type of marketing. It can only mean a huge difference in the coupon system in the future. I don't know what they will do, but they will do something.
I really wouldn't be going on TV showing all these companies what I have of their product. I am more of the keep it on the DL kinda person. I dont want us all to attract unwanted attention.
when it comes to clearing shelves I really think that anyone who needs a large amount should phone ahead and pre-order so the store is happy ( yes they get reimbursed but only after the manufacturer gets the money back to them and I am sure that takes at least a couple of weeks), the other shoppers are happy because all of the couponers have not cleared the shelves, and the couponers are happy because we are all getting our product.
i understand that everyone wants good deals, too, but im surprised you guys have not remembered that amanda also gives away 80% of what she buys with coupons. that is amazing and i dont really care if she takes whole tearpads away when she is doing something really kind in a way she can.
OMG.....one too many tear pads no wonder I can never find them ....I don't agree with that much , some yes lets all share take some YES but there so many of us out there who would love a piece of the pie too :)
I don't believe her, she hesitated when the question was asked. plus as someone else mentioned, there are food bank bins at the stores she shops at, why take all that stuff home and neatly display it, just to, repack, move and donate it later?
Anyway
I'm angry at her, plus anyone who coupons in Canada in the manner that she does, has def come across, visited or is a member of this forum. So Amanda if you read this. SHAME on you!
Well...I haven't watched the video (might not even get to it after reading some coments) but I do have to say that I shop at an LD that has its own Extreme Couponer and she does it for charity sorta speak -- but she's smart about it. Places orders for large volumes, does not "over coupon" and always is on the "right-side of the law" when it comes to the coupon rules and restrictions. As for this couponer, I am scared that things might get ruined for the rest of us. I mean coupon mis-use is just wrong, let alone clearing out coupon tearpads -- I live in Surrey and have seen more then 20 empty tearpads this past week in the area.

...man felt nice to vent...LOL
Yes it is great that she is donating but if it means that others who coupon(mostly because we have too to save money to feed our families) don't get those deals because one lady took entire pads of coupons then that's not fair either. Just because someone donates doesn't give them the right to take away from others. I really don't think this is proper etiquette on many levels, yes she can sleep at night knowing that she donated lots(read some of her posts on her facebook group) but in the end we as couponers are the ones being hurt. :(

she is on facebook too.
Wow, I cannot believe her coupon boxes! I already feel bad when I take more than six of one kind of coupon from a tear pad even when I know I will be able to use all of them if it comes to it. And there she was with pads of them. Crazy!
A bit of self promotion also....she said she was turning couponing into a business. Me thinks she's a little late.
I see from one of her comments on her facebook page says, she gets all the tear pads from a rep. Good for her if she does, but I don't believe it. just my 2c
She'S not the only person who donates - but others find different ways of getting the coupons they need (trading/Raoks/maufacturers) AND most remember that coupons are designed for everyone to use, not just one person!
Nobody'S happy when people clean the shelves of products and that goes for tear pads too - maybe she'S taking the coupons out of reach of the very people who REALLY need them.....
They are like congratulating her for stealing and hogging coupons... NO FAIR. What I would give to have even 2 of something and she has thousands. :( good for her but common the whole pad and more then one might I add...
