Question About Coupons..

My brother lives on Salt Springs Island, and does shop in Vancouver..
I'm in Ontario...can I send him my coupons? Can he use them there?
Forgive my ignorance..I am still fairly new to the couponing side of things, I started in May..

Hey, im pretty new to couponing as well but I beleive that he can, I think all the canadian coupons are able to be used all over canada

as long as its valid(not yet expired), has a canadian redemption address, NOT store specific to stores that are not in the GVR/ or for some regions only like the TFT then its fine
