We know that real blueberries are full of antioxidents but look at what several BIG food companies are doing to make for huge profits. Quite the video.
Isn’t this something? Nothing but disregard and greed! Who would have thought Kellogs or Betty Crocker products deceiving? Watch for yourself, they are killing us little by little. Here is the link and please watch it and send it to your friends. ....talk about scamming us !!

When I was a kid, we used to have blueberry muffins made from a mix once in awhile. They were my favourite muffins.
The first time I tried real blueberries and my mother made muffins with them, I thought they were tasteless and didn't like them at all! I love them now though. It's usually pretty easy to tell the difference between the fake ones and the real ones.

The label says that they are not real, but it is in the fine print. I cook from scratch. It does not take too much time and it is so much better for your health. Companies only want $$$$

I think most processed foods are made this way. You really need to know your ingrediants and whether or not you're ok eating it.

This is very disturbing! I totally agree, the big companies are ony in it for the money. They don't care about peoples health! That's why there's such a big problem with obesiety. Food Companies are feeding us Junk!
They know they can get away with it too, because people are soo straped for cash these days, they just buy the cheaper food because eating healthy can get expensive.Artificial Colors & Flavours in almost all our food... You should be concerned.Everyone should watch this...

Great find, thanks for sharing. I remember a blueberry muffin mix that came with a little tin of real blueberries, haven't seen it for years though.
I love my MiniWheats and so wanted to try the blueberry variety but not anymore. Gotta keep trying to be a more informed consumer these days, a Smart Canuck

i already figured they were fake.If you look at nutritional value usually there isn't anything that a real blueberry would really have and how could they get a real blueberry to stay fresh in there anyway?

I knew there was artificial blueberry flavourings in things but didn't realize how rampant they are! Now with blueberries being high in antioxidants and peeps recognizing the benefits from it I naively thought that newer products on the market would actually have real blueberries in it.
I don't always read the labels in the things we eat but nowadays I need to do this more!

Oh, yuck! If you must get a fruit muffin from somewhere, try little family bakeries. They cook from scratch most of the time, similar to recipes you'd make at home.
Lesson learned, grab a box of blueberries from the store and sprinkle them on your cereal, eat them with your muffin, and don't eat poptarts because we all know those are nothing but garbage anyway
Muffins also freeze pretty well, so if you do make them don't hesitate to make a large batch.

Why didn't I think to suspect that something labeled Blueberry, would NOT be that? I am so dumb and trusting.
