Can't list them all check for yourself but my favorite one that was 175 for a $25 Rexall card is now 220 points for $25. What a shocker. Also the Dining card is now 440 for $50. So upsetting and no toolbar rewards either man what a crock.
Total earned to date $2425.00 saving for a trip : )

Fortunately the Sobeys GCs in Atlantic Canada were still 140 miles. But I figured based on this news, that won't last long, so I went ahead and ordered them now. We'll always use groceries!

I couldn't believe it when I went to get my Rexall cards!
Airmiles are only worth 11 cents now!
Now Metro and Shell are the better deals.
The most bang for your airmile is the Cineplex package - 2 Tickets + 2 Drink + a Popcorn. 175 AMs.

I emailed them because I had enough for a Gap gc I logged on and it was much more! Basically the response was that they did it because other members were complaining that some gcs of the same denomination were higher in price than others and people weren't happy, she also went on to tell me to get an air miles credit card, and to shop more at the sponsors and I would get more miles! The response I got was very cold, and made me feel like an idiot basically! So, they will definately be hearing about that next time they send me a survey to complete! I'm not happy with them at all.

The toolbar search taken off is a real not nice thing.
I switched to zoombucks toolbar search and even though it's not as good as the Air Miles one, still, with the time you get good GC's.
If you wish to join them, I won't mind at all if you'll use my referral link in the signature...

The revaluation from an average of $0.14/AM to $0.11?AM amounts to a 27% increase in the amount needed to redeem. It was a knee jerk reaction after all the complaints when AirMiles raised the redemption rate on a few cards by over 50%. One was the CARA GC which I'd guess was the most popular. As a result they just raised them all by 27%.
Repeated queries as to how they can justify a 27% increase on a GC that has not increased in value ($50 is still $50) have been met with silence.
You're far better off complaining directly to the Associate companies who are part of the program and point out to them the reduction in the AirMiles exchange rate will mean you'll have to reconsider shopping with them as any price advantage from the AirMiles has been eroded. A good example of this is Safeway, who many consider overpriced. Safeway is the largest supplier of AirMiles to shoppers. I have pointed out to Safeway that in effect AirMiles just reduced their competitiveness by 27%. At first Safeway thought I should be complaining to AirMiles but when I pointed out the many thousands of people following this BLOG will be reconsidering shopping at Safeway they took notice. I suggest you all contact Safeway and express your opinions.

I've pointed out often over the years that converting HBC/Z to AMs costs you 50% of your purchasing power.
It takes 80,000 HBC/Z points to buy a $10 HBC/Z card
It used to take 160,000 converted HBC/Z points to buy that same $10 HBC/Z card at AirMiles.
A terrible offer that just got 27% worse!
