If I have the entire list printed out, I can take to my pantry, fridge and determine things I'm missing, along with things I need to get. Stored by price finds me the cheap/free things that I should not overlook.

If armed only with a "specific item list", I can go to the store and not even realize that great opportunities are right in front of me.

In Feb when I started couponning and became aware of the price of things. That's indeed what would happen, I went to the store, only with specific Items in mind, sourced from the official thread, only to find out later that that the clearance items I saw were at a super good price, because when I got home, there was just a brag posted about it.

As for ease of use in forums. I make a lot of mistakes, wrongly highlighting something and intending to colourize, embolden or some other formatting effort, only to find after preview, that is it wrong. In small posts it's not really a problem, it's easy to find your place. I can only imagine trying to correct, or apply formatting change to a gigantic post must be like.
