Skippy could you please let us know who you're pissed off from here? Is it me?

Well... from what I gathered, Prue's post DOES say "borrowed", which indicates that she was not the original poster, but is putting up the info because it is useful to the SC community.
This is acceptable practice, since there is no way that people know who the ORIGINAL poster is, since it is also common practice for users who frequent multiple sites to take posts from other and then post them under their own name.
So, in this case "giving credit" was done, but not to a specific person.
The issue I could see with Skippy's response was that it went beyond a note to say the offer was a repost. Rather, I detected a bit of sarcasm in saying the post was "original", when in fact Prue states clearly that it is "borrowed". Whether or not it was intended, I would say that the tone was a bit harsh.
Even moderators are allowed to "oops" and repost occasionally. Even though we are not moderators, as a community, SCers need to be understanding and gracious in how we point out mistakes.
I rambled a little, but hope my 2-cents helped clarify what you were looking for, Skippy.

I has to read the sentence a few times...I enterpret in you as trying to give credit to the parties that posted it in the first place.
I think the word original was used in the term as being the first one that posted it on SC.

that is how i read it koala lol he was just giving credit to who had posted it before hand as well as prue...and yes i am guilty of reposting too lol a lot sometimes, search would sometimes never work for me which is why i like the automatic search thing when we put in titles, but if your title is different than the first post then you would not know that it was a repost unless someone pointed it out
