Today I got a card in the mail offering 15000 points if I spend $100 or more on my card from December 2011 to January 2012. Did everyone who has this card get one or is it only for selected accounts?

Oh I hope I get that. I have the new black PC MC so I earn double points when I shop at the pc stores. They offered me the upgrade and it does not seem to be too common

I'm in the GTA and it came in the mail yesterday. My PC card might get used once a year at most so it's definitely not because of frequent use or a high balance.

This is in addition to the sign up. I first got this card maybe seven years ago? I see someone on another forum received this offer too and he also stopped using his card in favour of another.
