FREE $5 Pre-Paid Gas Card with Kellogg's Cereal

I sent in 3x SASE & got 3 forms & mailed those on Oct 10 (in one envie) & recieved my gas cards today!! I used all 3 cards at NF tonight all in one transaction...tell the cashier to put thru as a credit.

the last time they had this promo i was able to use them as payment on my rogers online account. now it wont, and i tried at self checkout at zehrs and they wouldnt work???? anyone else having problems with them? i checked the balance on them and they all say they have $5 on them.....

If the amount owing is over $5.00, the gas card will be declined as insufficient funds. Once, I was able to use multiple gas cards in one transaction but the cashier had to key in the $5.00 amount for each card.

What I do now is to purchase individual $5.00 Wal-mart gift cards, one for each of my $5.00 gas cards. I find it's much easier to use the Wal-mart gift cards plus there is no expiry (the $5.00 gas cards expire March 31).

I didn't know you could use the cards for other things! I thought you could only use them for gas!! I am totally using them for walmart cards now. Thanks for the tip!

I had issues with my online account as well. It kept saying the transaction was not completed. When I checked back in for my total, it was reduced by $5. I had to try to pay it, get the transaction incomplete message, disconnect, and check balance again for each. Then, I had to call in to get the five reference numbers.

It worked, but it wasn't easy.

So I got 10 stamps. Cost me 10$ and mailed one envolope a week with a self addressed stamped envalope, for 5 weeks. I have now received 3 back all with a letter stating you get nothing.

They could have at least returned a coupon, or all of my stamped envolopes.

I am pissed that Kellogg's has ripped me an hundreds of other people off by not honoring there offer. I will never buy a kelloggs product again.

so sorry you missed out...I believe the no purchase necessary rules stated "as quanitites last"...at least that's what I remember. out of curiosity, when did you start mailing your envelopes - when the promo started or later on? I got my second NPN request mailed back to me with the letter, they included my stamped envelope and the date stamp on it was Oct 19 I believe...so it seems they ran out prior that date. hope that helps though i know it's frustrating.

So they still have gas cards right? I received my first 3, but just mailed off the last two today. We always buy milk at the gas station, so I think I will use them for that, or to buy gas for the snowblower.

yeah.how bout it ? are there any left? i keep forgetting about checking for cereal deals!! I have $2 kellogs coupon and want the gas card but always forget to look for the cereal,lol.
