Tomato soup with cheese in it is yummy, especially when accompanied by a cheese sandwich. Can you tell I like cheese?
When we're camping, we'll wrap potatoes in foil and put them by the fire in the evening. The next morning, we fry up some bacon in a pan on our little single burner Coleman stove, and when the bacon's done, fry up the potatoes and egg! Yum!

peanut butter toast. I love PB. It's so versatile too, so I always keep buckets of it around here.

my emerg food stash varies especially when I can't purchase peanut products, products that contain/may sulphites [and possibly tartrazine seeings as my face flushed and got an upset stomach eating peanut free jujubes that contained no sulphites.. blah] sometimes there may be safe cookies or crackers around but lately my emerg stash is sugar free cherry and field berry jam and sulphite free whole wheat bread............................................. .......and looooooooots of orange peako tea♥

Eggs! Anything with eggs, really, but my current favourite is egg quesadillas. A tortilla, some cheese, a fried egg (with runny yolk, yum!) a bit of hot sauce and some leftover veggies (spinach, mushrooms, etc.) to round it out.
I could eat eggs twice a day, every day, and never get tired of them

for me it's a quick fried rice with scrambled eggs, hot dogs pieces or ham or bacon (whatever we have) and some veggies. and on a day when i don't want to slice/chop anything...nothing beats a good grilled cheese sandwich.
have u tried grilled peanut butter sandwich? so good. could also add marshmallow and nutella or shredded chocolate inside, heated through...mmm mmm... or mix it up with sliced bananas (grilled separately before adding to sandwich so it's not smushy). boy i'm making myself hungry here! :o
for hubby...big bowl of cereal or pb and j.
for dd...pizza all day every day if she had her way!!! LOL...gladly she happily eats whatever we're eating.

I almost always have frozen salmon fillets in the freezer, so my favourite go-to meal when there's nothing in the fridge and/or I'm too tired to cook is so make a simple marinade with maple syrup, soy sauce, salt and pepper... dip the fillets in so they're nicely coated all around, and sprinkle some seasame seeds on top. Then I pop it into the toaster oven. I throw that together with whatever veggies I've got (frozen if I don't have fresh) and call it a meal! The best part is, it's still very healthy.
Apart from that, I usually have cereal, canned soups, yogurt, frozen pizza and crackers on hand. I love having canned tuna with crackers when I have them on hand (but I haven't found a good sale for the flavoured CloverLeaf ones in a while)- Couponing since May 27, 2011 -

I like hot dogs! You know, those super cheap ones..
I almost always have a pack of Schneider's RedHot's in the fridge
Just heat it up (boiled or pan fried), add a bun and BAM. A meal!
Ramen noodles are awesome too. If I am super lazy I just cook it in the microwave.
Boiled eggs, are yummy.
I almost always store a portion of leftover pasta in the freezer to heat up at a later date. lol
