To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:

(a) be a legal resident of Canada;

The Contest begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on Tuesday July 26, 2011 and ends at 10:00 a.m. EDT on Friday September 30, 2011

Limit of one (1) entry per person per household per 24-hour period

There is one (1) grand prize ( "Grand Prize") available to be won by the Grand Prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner") consisting of: one private concert performed by Matthew Good at a concert venue and on a concert date that coincides with the upcoming Matthew Good "Lights of Endangered Species" Canadian Tour. Contest winner will be able to bring up to and including 20 guests to attend the private concert
