im still new at this but, this saturday (aug6th)
shoppers has a promo going were you spend 50.00 or more and recieve a free gift card. Is it 50.00 after all coupons or before?

it says on the last page "after discounts" which I would think its after coupons its in really tiny print on the last page on the botton of the flyer

does anyone know if it includes the gift cards.. If I buy a shoppers gift card can I get the $10 TIMMIES ???

it usually doesn't include gift cards, phone cards, tobacco, lottery tickets

Unlike bonus point promos, which are controlled by the cash register, gift card promos are controlled by the cashier. So unless you get a really nice cashier, with a good understanding of coupons, you probably won't get the gift card if your total is below $50 after coupons have been taken off.

It seems odd to me that they exclude shoppers gift cards from the deal for the $10 tims card. I understand other gift card purchases because they make no money from those but a shoppers card garauntees that money will be spent at shoppers. So many rules to remember!!

Yeah, when I tried that last time both the cashier and manager at all 3 of my shoppers agreed that it has to be after coupons. You must give them in hand $50's before taxes, period.
