hi! i redeemed a reward last july 13th, but it is not posted on the "shipping status". does this mean, i will not get the reward even if points have already been deducted from my account? i sent icoke an email two weeks ago, but haven't gotten any reply.

i find alot of things don't show up in there.. i have ordered atleast 5 McD cards and none have shown up in there.. and i h ave received half of them already
