5 x $1.99 Post cereal = 9.95 less 3.75 in coupons = 6.20
1 x $1.99 Betty Crocker Frosting less $1 in coupon = .99
2 x .99 Oasis Junior juice = 1.98 less 2 in coupons = .02 overage
2 x 2.49 Oasis Etc 8pk = 4.98 less 2 in coupons = 2.98

Total before coupon $18.90

OOP $10.15

I can live with that, especially since 2 boxes of cereal can run that! Felt good and got a great smile from the cashier. Super nice!

And scouted the store for more coupons, have a new stack to sort through, yay!

way to go! Especially at Metro where the regular prices ( well here anyways) are crazy high.

great deals i noticed cereal has gone up in price lately-so i p.m to metros 1.99 cereal today too

wtg.i got my cereal on sunday but no honeycombs left so i got a raincheck for 6 but sadly there we no coupons in the store. i aslo got the cherry tomatoes,peppers mushrooms and cucmber there this week

I do find Metro's reg prices are high, but their sales are usually great. I had picked up the cereal coupons there about a month ago some for me and some for my sister who eats nothing but Alphabits, lol. For us no honey combs lef either, but got 3 boxes of shreddies with $12 in coupons on them each, an added bonus. And of course Honey Bunches of O's, love them! I may go in for another round this week after their order comes in, didn't think of a rain check for them. I may when I go back! My goal is to have enough cereal by August to last 'til next spring! All expiries must by Mar 2012 or later. Having lots of luck so far!!!

angelamary, your metro has the junior juice at a great price. Worth i to buy with coupon at that price.

We got the mushrooms too. The sliced cremini are just mini portebellos - there's great. We sauted them in olive oil with onion flakes, garlic powder. then we split into smaller containers and froze. These come out great in meals when thawed - meaty, not mushy.
