I was at walmart, and bought some Great Value Shredded cheese. The price is 5.48, or buy 2 for 10.
When i came home, i looked at my receipt and noticed i didn't receive the discounted price, instead i paid 5.48 x2.
Can i SCOP this?

I think so! I would try. They should give you one package at $5 and one for free. They are the one place I would feel comfortable doing it as they have the rules of SCOP under the plastic at every till! :)
Check at the bottom of the reciept, they take it off as coupon/discount.
i think you can.. that happend to me once with
2 for $6 listerene... i went to the CS dest to get the
price changed... but back then i didnt know about SCOP!
soo i didnt get nuthing for free :(
