    i am planning to be there with lots of coupons - but just wondering if anybody has an extra full PharmaChoice flyer - the only one available for me is just the Drugs section - there are a couple of deals there that i would like to PM at WM - if you have the extra i would appreciate it - thanks

    no frills is in spryfield and they have insane prices sometimes.
    in dartmouth we have sobeys, superstore and save easy.
    that's all i know of for grocery stores.

    My hometown in Ontario has 5 grocery stores...Zehrs, No Frills, Food Basics, Metro and IGA. Man, the deals I could get if I still lived there lol
