I know! I went to enter some pins today, knowing the contest ended tonight... and got this message! I phoned the number -- of course they're closed... I sent them an e-mail explaining the situation. Guess my last pins are SOL. :neutral:Quote:

I left a message and also sent an email. I have a screen cap of the message. They'd better not screw it up. I just got my FPCs in the mail on Thursday and went shopping at 3 different stores (for other stuff, not just this) and found 2 bottles at FreshCo with the PINs.
Me Too!!.. got my fpcs in the mail on friday and went to 3 differeent stores to get the sunlight with the pins and went to enter them in and the contest is closed?????? I called too but they are closed. I will send them an email.... maybe if they get a whole crapload of emails about them closing the contest a day early they will do something about it??? I really do think there are monkeys running that company
Phew! I thought I was crazy! Used my 3 FPCs today since I finally found some caps with PINS...went to enter them this evening and got the same screen! WTH??? :rant:
I am hoping they do something for us....what if I am holding the winning PIN for the Home Makeover :yikes:
I called the number provided, but didn't get the option to leave a message..hmmm:shrug:
I got the same. At 2:30 this afternoon tried to enter a pin. Contest Closed. So i sent a nice email thru the contact us section and asked to have my pin entered. I pointed out to them that the bottle stated the contest did not close for another 9 1/2 hours. We will see what happens.

I contacted them today as well. The company should compensate us for violating the terms and conditions of the contest.
I think they knew what they were doing. I had to verify some wins too. They called me at one point and said they validated my wins from the beginning of September forward, which is when they started saying to keep the pins. They said they would release them right away. I got excited and said, 'YaY, maybe they will be here before the 31st'. She stumbled a bit and then said, well we won't send them right away, it takes 30-60 days. Ummm, yep, been waiting that and then some already. Thinking they held them back just long enough so people would not be able to use them and closed the contest early by a few hours so those that just got their pins on Friday could not use them. Did anyone save the original rules, did it have a time line for what time on the 31st?
Editing as it clearly states the contest ended at 11:59pm December 31st.
