brownies, cupcakes.. and cookies.. that well didn't turn out as expected. but still edible.
Brownies.
They just came out of the oven half an hour ago. oooooh.....the smell has wafted through the house.
I've sampled one already. Ok. Well, actually 2.
ok, ok, ok. Technically, I sampled 3...but no one saw that third one go missing, therefore it doesn't count. (You'll keep my secret safe, right?)
Hope there's still some left by the time the kids get off the bus. :embarassed:
:lolsign:
Oh, ninna! :lolsign:
No witnesses, it doesn't count. And if you ate them standing up, no calories.
I made banana nut muffins yesterday, and I'm making brownies shortly! :-)

the spaghetti/meatball usual ( ya not really baking, lol) but the lasagna was baked.
I layered it with plenty of fresh raw spinach, thin sliced zucchini and mushrooms.

Sorry, it is the chocolate cake GoJays posted in the
last poster thread today.
Hope it tastes as yummy as the pic makes it look.
Update here:
Fell asleep after taking cake out of the oven to let it cool. lol Woke up very early in the a.m. and noticed DD had iced it for me, but she also cut a slab out of it to eat! Guess it was good, having mine after dinner tonight.
Lately I'm bake to baking bread from scratch (no bread machine, never did see any use for those gadgets). I bake both whole wheat and white loaves. Much better than store bought for several reasons - taste better, cheaper, and I can control the salt.
Baked some biscuits from scratch last night, and some muffins from a mix this morning. That's the first time in a long time I have baked. I really enjoy baking, but I get very easily distracted, so it's almost impossible for me to bake while my kids are up and once they go to bed for the night I just want to relax, not bake and make a bunch of dirty dishes.
Just finished icing a warm lemon cake for desert.
garlic bread from IGA..lol
I just made cake pops and they turned out really well! They are soooo good!
Here's a pic I took of them:

Omg they are so cute!! I want to eat one LOL
i made the best banana bread that i've ever made.. no nuts this time, but lots of chocolate chips and double the banana from what the recipe called for.. and the bananas were almost totally brown... turned out so good :)
Cornbread muffins from a President's Choice Organics mix today. Turned out well and now I can have some for breakfast tomorrow.
I baked Pizza fujita flavor last time!
mmmm. i should have taken pics of my dishes last night! will remember for next time. So last evening I baked a flattened chicken and made my first turkey meatloaf. got the meatloaf reciipe from Rachael Ray's website...i took a small taste and it is yumm-o!
Nope, no mold. I just carefully dipped it into melted chocolate. I have a link to my blog in my signature which has the recipe in it if you want to know how to make them. They were REALLY easy to make! My bf has been taking them in his lunch to work every day, haha. How cute. :P
me@t k@tie
thanks for the recipes in your blog, I am gonna make the lemon cranberry muffins for sure. I took a pic of my hilarious, way too huge cake pops ( got chicken to post it , lol) that I made for the first time on Sunday.
I made over 50 of them as I thought the pot luck at work was this week, turns out it is next Wed!!
They are all individually wrapped and tied tight with ribbon, wonder if they will still taste o.k., I have had them in the fridge since Sunday??
