Hello everyone,
I made a Superhero themed cake for a baby shower this past Sunday. It was a 4 layer vanilla cake with lemon curd filling and fresh blueberries, iced with a lemon flavoured buttercream frosting. It was my first attempt at sculpting with fondant so I was a bit nervous that the cake would hold up well through the event.
Baking is one of my passions.

Bought a bunch of granny smith apples 50% off on Sunday so decided to make an apple pie. Had some leftover so put together an apple crisp as well.
