made DD an individual chicken pot pie-ish sort of thing. Will do her about 3 servings possibly. The rest of us are having butternut squash/pumpkin soup! I baked the pumpkin and squash first...then added the cubes to the soup.
Just finished baking another new healthy recipe with our son. Banana peanut butter oatmeal squares. I added some things for flavour and made notes. Just waiting for the pan to cool some. I already shared the original 3 ingredient recipe with my step-mom and older sister.
..making these this afternoon (mostly because I have all the ingredients on hand) and they are so good right out of the oven all warm & soft and slathered in butter with a cup of tea!

I baked 2 Dutch apple pies for our church supper. Made hubby hungry for pie so he baked 2 yesterday.
Prepared dough today for:
-Snickerdoodles
-Sugar cookies
-Chocolate wafer cookies for homemade girl guide thin mints.
And will let those chill overnight.
And for some dumb reason I agreed to make more of that pumpkin pie for my mom's work luncheon. So that's on the docket for tomorrow. The way things are going though, I might have to just freeze the dough and do it next week and make some other quicker stuff tomorrow and over the weekend.
Chantel, how do you make the "Thin Mints"? Recipe is easy?
