Last thing you baked?

Made bread using a bread machine for the first time yesterday. I'm used to doing it the old fashioned way. Turned out well.

Made cinnamon buns on Saturday. Used sour cream instead of milk and the pastry was great. Next time will double up on the filling.

Lasagne last night for supper. I haven't made lasagne in a very long time.
Last week I baked a different variety of oatmeal squares, but they turned out very dry. Best to have with icecream or a big glass of milk.

I know it's not baking, but I want to empty the pan so I can make a big batch of puffed wheat squares next.

On Friday I baked an apple crisp, home made pizza, and bread sticks.

Tonight I baked a pan on chicken drumsticks for supper.

Son took a pic of the baking I sent home with him - mind you, the colours seem a bit off, though..
In that container, they are about four deep.

On Saturday I made an apple cinnamon bread in the bread maker. It's just about gone!

Baked " oversized " cheese muffins. Used DH's precious block of Balderson's Old Cheddar for that extra nip. I tripled the recipe to make 36 of them, but couldn't resist overfilling the silicon liners. Gosh I love those reusable muffin liners, they fall away from the baked muffin with no struggle at all.

We baked my healthier monster cookie squares again last week, we just finished them today.

Made more Apple Cinnamon bread with the bread machine today. Well worth a second round!

We tried a new recipe on the weekend. Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies that we used to make individual fruit pizzas with cream cheese icing, fresh strawberries and raspberries.

Last night I baked baking powder biscuits and super healthy banana oatmeal cranberry cookies.

I made an apple bread pudding today. Yummy way to use up dry bread.

Chocolate fudge pudding cake - sheesh, I hadn't made it in years, forgot how good it is!

So interesting - my son was over just as I was putting it together - he didn't remember it by name, but once he saw the baking dish I used, he knew exactly what it was - I thought that was really cool.
Oh, and it was as yummy as we remembered - son took more than half of it home.
