    9x13” pan of crisp
one end was apple, the other end was rhubarb. It used up the end of two bags of frozen fruit and it was delicious with icecream.

Corn bread--a bit sweeter than others I've made. I made it up for a ham dish that recommended it as a side. Then I used the last of it as something to pour Sloppy Joes over. Good thing, too. The corn bread turned out really well but it dries out quickly. So the Sloppy Joes solved that problem.

Beignets and they were yummy. The recipe made too much dough though, we're gonna save the leftover dough in the fridge and try using it for pizza crust tomorrow; the dough by itself is not sweet so we think it would work as pizza dough and breadsticks

Today I baked double chocolate cookies and added pecan pieces to the recipe. They are sweet, but good.

I'm going to try making Jenny Jones no knead bread today....sorry if I have posted this recipe before.

As well as a decent cook/baker she was ( and still is ) a comedian/former talk show host/singer/dancer plus more but to get a small example of her wry wit, skip ahead to the 2:00 minute mark in the video.....I still chuckle at her face when she says what she says.
