Well I got my new ktichenaid mixer on Thursday (bought with wedding $$) so I've been a busy bee in the kitchen! Since Thurs, I've made 2 big batches of classic chocolate chip cookies (one for DH's office and one for my office) and some awesome vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting. My prettiest cupcakes yet! :)

Well today I made mud pies and chocolate mint Nanaimo bars for next weekend when we have our big moving/ estate sale. I always like to have a little table of baked goods and it goes over well. I put them in containers and placed them in the freezer already.Will bake some more yet before the weekend gets here.:excited:

I baked Cheese biscuits (using the Biscuit mix); a breakfast braided bread (with jam drizzled over it); and some hardboiled eggs for breakfast on Sunday. Nothing left but the crumbs.
In the oven now: Blueberry nut oat bran Muffins
Tasted the batter and it was delicious..
so hopefully same thing or better when they are all done.
