They were soft and chewy with a little crunch around the sides.

I have chocolate chip cookies in the oven right now!

Banana strawberry muffins, with walnuts and coconut. Oh, YUM!

Baked chocolate cupcakes with whipped ganache on top. Vegan and a huge hit!
No pictures as I made them to take to a friend's dinner. :-)

Cinnamon rolls...yum!

Gluten free pear/raisin muffins...made without eggs (due to allergy) and with almond flour....my fav little treat. Pricey with the almond flour though.....darn it

my ultimate dark chocolate beets cake am sorry the picture is not clear but it was really moist and super healthy

This morning I made a chocolate banana cake, and an apple strudel - the strudel is yummy, def will make it again! Still need to ice the cake.

My mum asked for fresh homemade custard tarts for her birthday instead of a cake like she used to get back home in England so today I spent two hours baking from scratch Portuguese custard tarts!

According to everyone who ate them, they are the tastiest treat they have EVER ate and they best thing I have ever baked :O. They were DEVINE! I ate two haha.

Oh, gosh, they look amazing!
