@SassyAshley, thanks for letting me know. I figured I would only be able to get frozen cranberries at this time of year. I will check it out!

Cranberry butter? That's a first for me. I'll have to check that out too

Yesgterday i baked a Rhubarb Strawberry Crisp. It is totally delicious.

    3/4 cup sugar
    3 tbsps cornstarch
3 cups sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb, thawed
    2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup quick cooking Quaker Oats
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1/3 cup flour
    1 tsp cinnamon

    Prehead oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add strawberries and rhubarb; toss to coat. Spoon into 8 inch square baking pan.

In a small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, butter, flour and cinnamon until mixture resembles coarse crumbs (you can add more oats if mixture is too soggy). Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and tender. Serves 8 servings.

NOTE: If using frozen rhubarb and strawberries, measure while still frozen, then thaw completely. (i alway freeze both fruits in 1 cup batches so i know exactly what i have). Drain in a colander but to not press li9quid out.

    ENJOY!!

I baked a Betty Crocker vanilla cake. Then i sliced some strawberries into a bowl and added some sugar and letting it sit in the fridge until supper. So we are having our own Strawberry Social tonight for dessert. Vanilla Cake, sweetened strawberries and ice cream topped with some Dream Whip!.
