I have a silly question to ask. If and when you win a prize, can you announce your win right away, or is there some legal crap that you have to get out of the way first? Just thought I would ask. Thanks for any info.

I couldn't believe it, after 2 years online I finally won something and can't use it... I won an urban garden from Hellman's and live to far away to use it as I wanted! Now I can't even give it to my Sister-In-Law, what a drag.
