I DID end up posting a polite reply to the person AND contacting the blog owner as well to inform them of the post and to ensure that my reply wasn't taken as an attack against the other person. The blog owner replied and ensured me that everything was on the up-and-up (because random draw is random draw) and to not worry about the person who was being a sore loser...
It's just unfortunate that there are people out there like this individual!
And for the record, I have won the same prize on different blogs in the past and have either a) replied to the winning message telling the blog owner I have won on another blog and to select another winner or b) I've given one of the prizes to a family member or friend. I do love winning things (and really, who DOESN'T??), but I also believe in sharing the wealth :-)
