i haven't really been entering much lately, but have won a few movies passes, a book, and tickets to a jason mraz concert (though i am having trouble redeeming the code!)

i got the garnier email too, but i dont think they will honour it. too many winners, not enough prizes!

When you make a mistake, you do your best to fix it and I think that's what Garnier has done! I so don't envy them these last few days!
I won a FPC for a Lindt Chocolate Bar and I guess I will be getting an FPC from Garnier too.
That's spectacular customer service from Garnier! Awesome!!!! Thank you yay!
On a side note.......I found out I am a finalist in a contest with a $4000 grand prize........wish me luck. I don't remember what it was all about, will post more as I find out! :excited:
