On the top tabs there, under Browse, click on Giveaways - since you are already registered it will show books that are available in Canada. I don't log out, I stay logged in.
I usually then click on Recently Listed, and scroll through the listings - choose any you would like to read/win, click Enter Giveaway, then there's a page where you need to agree to terms, and then you are entered.
Unless it's a book I really, really want, I pretty much only enter for books that have at least five copies available.
