I am having a hell of a time with them, I have emailed them 3 times and phoned about 5 times and I am getting nowhere,,even phoned the cailfornia number and phoned the toll free number on their website, talked to a superviosr and he gave me a number not accesible from Canada
Can I ask what number you called and who you talked to??

haha i won that yesterday as well..but it asks for your cc so blah, i didnt bother.

still no word from WD about the hard drive, phoned about 5 times and email about 5 times...to get the same outcome....this is technical supposrt you have to contact the corporate officei n california...so I did...4 days ago and left a message and noone returned my call or emailed me( i Left both my phone number and my email address) I can't keep phoning California as I can't keep phoning long distance all the time.

You haven't won anything this YEAR? Hah! I enter contests every day for about 4 years online and in stores etc and still havent won anything lol
