Got a call today I won a pair of tickets to the Bon Jovi concert Thursday from Toronto.com. Yay!

Oh No! I also got a notice from canada customs that I owe $7.30 on my picnic basket I won last year. Boooooo.....

It is not uncommon to have to pay customs on prizes from the US...I have warned ppl about this before

the amount you are being asked to pay will cover a $5.00 handling fee from Canada post and the GST..
