My girlfriend won 100 lunchmate bucks from the Smart Snax 'Bring on your smarts' contest and I won the secondary prize which is 500 lunchmate bucks and a $30 Sobeys card. :p

My husband got a call from Q107 this afternoon - he was the winner of the AC/DC ROAD TRIP To LAS VEGAS!!!!! Flight, hotel and tickets to the AC/DC show for 2!! YAHOO!!!!

I think some of you may hate me for this... but I just won for a fourth time on the HR Block instant win game. Another $10. Maybe it would've been easier if they just gave me a $50 win instead :p

how long did it take you to get the H and R block-win e mail transfer? or did you get the cheque mailed...snail mail?

I won $10 yesterday morning.... haven't got it it yet, but says in the next 48 hours....

I don't select the same one all the time. I just choose at random. I don't think it really matters what box you pick. If you are the first person to play after a the preselected winning time, then you'll win no matter which box you choose. Good luck!

Oh My Goodness you guys!!!!

I just got home and there was a message on my phone from the guy at Metro News saying that I am a finalist in the Best New Products Awards contest.

So now I have to do a gameshow type thing where I go to this Rexall pharmacy next Tuesday with 2 other finalists and we each have to run around the store and fill our carts with products that were Best New Product Award winners.... without going over $1000.

The person who gets closest to $1000 worth of stuff in their cart without going over (within the time limit they have) gets a $250 Rexall Giftcard, and $250 worth of BNPA winning products!

Even if I don't win I still get a $150 giftcard. The crappy thing is that I have to do it at 5:30am next Tuesday LOL, but that's ok. I have a 1 in 3 chance of winning so that's pretty good. :D

That is awesome! It will be a lot of fun- even if you don't win! Now get to work- study those products and prices!!!!!
