Hi folks
just a quick question not sure if i am putting this in the right spot...when you guys enter contests do you sign up for all the newsletters and to be contacted with information on the companies. I know some contests require that but do you think it effects a persons chances of winning by signing up for the newsletters of not? let me know what you think thanks for your time

Hey hun,
There was actually a thread on this not too long ago.. I dont think it affects your chances. Most of the contests Ive won, I never signed up for their newsletters. Most contests that want you to sign up for their newsletters will make it mandatory that you do so in order to enter... :)

I won my honeymoon!!!

I went to the Vancouver Bridal Show January 2008 and won my honeymoon!!! 12 Day all-inclusive trip to the Cook Islands!!! Resort and Air Fair included. It was an awesome trip and the largest thing I have ever won.

The only other thing I ever won was when I was 10yrs old I won a 10 speed girls bike during a Halloween candy hunt at a grocery store, but the honeymoon tops everything!!!!

thats totally awsome! my biggest win was $400 and i almost peed myself i cant imagine winning a honeymoon trip. i probably WOULD pee myself LOL! well, not really but who knows ;)

I did a search and found it was a 5-day trip to Whislter, BC, I could not read more as my computer keeps crashing...at least I think I got the right contest..hope it is...great win...:) and congrats to all the winnes:)

It's usually the next 1-2 business days. I won one last Friday and still haven't gotten on for that one yet and haven't got the one for last night too. I emailed them about the one last Friday. Maybe they're just behind or it's delayed or something.
