I also won a Sirius radio system at a fundraiser. This wasn't a great win since you have to subscribe to the radio channels, which I wasn't interested in doing.

It's Club Q. You join and collect points for visiting sites, answers trivia, listening to their station, etc. You can use those points to enter contests and sometimes even trade them in for things.

Recently, I won Star Trek movie tickets through canada.com's link with my local paper.
In the past I've won radio concert tickets, theme park passes, beauty gift sets and random draws.
I prefer local contests for the better odds, but I am a
Big believer in "if you don't enter, you won't win!"

Is the little cartoon they play for the instant win game the same whether you win or not? Or is there a different cartoon when you win?

I just used like 130 points on the instant win games and NOTHING :( ... I see some people winning like 3-4 gift cards.
