I recently won my first contest, and it was a pretty good one too!

I won the "What's your Nutrionality?" contest put on my Centrum (http://www.canadianliving.com/health...utritionality/)

Prize included:
$150 GC to shoppers drug mart
Vegan cook book
1 year supply of Centrum multivitamin
3 month supply of Caltrate
1 year subscription to Canadian Living magazine.

Total value: just over $300

Great win for a first timer like me! :D

I won a free one step toilet thingy from Scrubbing bubbles. They sent an fpc along with a form; they want me to email the company right away, fill out the form, and then send the form back in the mail (no envelope or stamp was included) or can fax it (those machines still exist?). I appreciate the fpc, but am a little surprised at want I need to do. If it was cash or a trip I could see it, but an fpc for their own product???

Is that common with all contests?

Surprise win today. I received a parcel from Canada Post and when I opened it there was a bottle of Shiseido Aromatic body gel inside. There was a letter saying that I was 1 of 100 who won this from Cityline, and I am now entered to win a New Years prize worth $3000.00. Yay, I love surprises!
