Nightmare is an understatement of what I had been through. I was also refunded the delivery fee.
They know they messed up big time.

Not a win, but feels just as good.
I've had a nightmare purchase from Lowes (my dryer). The replacement arrived today, and they refunded my money on the dryer.
I just got my dryer for free!!!

Congrats on the "win" That was great of them to do that.

Wow, so many wins!

So today I got a call from the SUN contest (Mariah Carey in Vegas), and I won the secondary prize of a copy of her new CD. This is nice cause I wanted it, the down side is that SUN won't ship it, I have to pick it up in Toronto.... Grrrr that's like an hour away. SO my DH said that he will buy me the CD to NOT have to drive downtown LOL.

The contest promoter said that I can have someone pick it up for me. I would like to give it to a fellow SC'er, so the first person to PM me that lives in Toronto can have it! Let me know

I can't believe they won't ship it to you!! I work not far from their office, but I'm not much of a Mariah Carey fan!

That's lame of them. I won a DVD from the OMNI TV channel, and because I don't live in Toronto (about 1hr away) and couldn't pick it up, she said to just send her 2.75$ in stamps and she would mail it to me, and did!!! Now I have another kids DVD to add to my collection!

i won $100 from a local radio station this morning-although i was so nervous talking on the radio-i know i sounded like an idiot! haha! oh well, i am going to use it to buy my daughter a winter jacket.

I received 2 prizes yesterday (an awesome baby wrap - Cuddly Wrap and also a Hugga Bebe - Seat insert for Babies!).

Today the following was delivered to my door as part of the same prize pack! A Summer Fresh Cooler filled with every hummus flavour imaginable, spreads, dips, bruschetta mix, couscous salads etc. I love snacky foods, like flatbreads and dips so I will really enjoy testing some of these out!

But how will I finish them before they expire? I'm already bringing dip over for Thanksgiving dinner!!
