Wow that's great! Good customer service too! I don't think too many stores would refund the money entirely!!

Nightmare is an understatement of what I had been through. I was also refunded the delivery fee.
They know they messed up big time.

I find customer service isn't what it used to be, so it's inspiring to hear your story.

That's lame of them. I won a DVD from the OMNI TV channel, and because I don't live in Toronto (about 1hr away) and couldn't pick it up, she said to just send her 2.75$ in stamps and she would mail it to me, and did!!! Now I have another kids DVD to add to my collection! :)

i won $100 from a local radio station this morning-although i was so nervous talking on the radio-i know i sounded like an idiot! haha! oh well, i am going to use it to buy my daughter a winter jacket. :)

I posted a while back that I won a $500 Parent Tested Parent Approved Prize pack from Sweetmama.ca

I received 2 prizes yesterday (an awesome baby wrap - Cuddly Wrap and also a Hugga Bebe - Seat insert for Babies!).

Today the following was delivered to my door as part of the same prize pack! A Summer Fresh Cooler filled with every hummus flavour imaginable, spreads, dips, bruschetta mix, couscous salads etc. I love snacky foods, like flatbreads and dips so I will really enjoy testing some of these out!

But how will I finish them before they expire? I'm already bringing dip over for Thanksgiving dinner!!

That prize pack with the dips and hummus? Now THAT is something I'd like to win... my hubby LOVES all that stuff. we'd save tons of money by winning that!

Congrats! great win! very unique and practical.... we all need food! and things you might not normally buy, so great treats!
