Hahaha I know right? This is definitely not going to be good for my creme egg obsession.

Oh my, I won more Stride gum! I hope at least one of them ends up being peppermint, 'cause I really hate spearmint!

Back the first week of January I had been notified by TLC that I won in their contest they did just before Christmas. They were doing cake boss bobble heads, say yes to the dress dvds and what not to wear shirts. 20 per day so there were a lot of winners. I picked the cake boss bobble head. I never received it but didn't bother following up since it wasn't that important to me. Got a letter in the mail today that they were having trouble shipping them so they sent me a $25 itunes card instead. Yippee!

I try to enter a couple of contests most days.....spending fifteen minutes max (four kids and a full time job doesn't leave much "me" time!). I don't have a lot of luck (can't seem to win those darn M&M's!) but I definitely win enough to keep me interested. All of my wins so far have been on the instant wins (Excel Mug, Cadbury Mini Eggs, and Uniball pencils) UNTIL TODAY!! Not huge wins, but can you imagine my surprise today when I opened my mail to find these TWO emails?????

Thanks all of you!!! We had a big expense come up unexpected a couple years ago and have been trying so hard to pay it off and this will help us do that :) and of course we're planning on using some of it for a family vacation to Disneyland with our little girl :love:

I won 2 tickets to a western canada fashion week show

my video was selected as one of the 25 ppl who will be going to the london olympics! it was sort of an internal competition for the people who did the samsung mobilers program around the world in the past-present. we had to create a video to showcase the galaxy note and 25 ppl get chosen based on video quality, content, views, etc. i get to go for 1 week, all expenses paid! most likely going to be doing product promotion but that's cool! super excited.

I dream of winning a $10,000 cash contest so I can fulfull my dream of taking my 3 grown children and my 5 grandchildren to Disneyworld as none of them have ever been to Disneyworld and I think everyone should get to experience Disneyworld at least once in their life!

I won a radio contest yesterday morning, around 6:30 a.m.

I called in as soon as I heard them say to call, the phone rang immediately, I was surprised. But I was caller two, not the right caller.

OK fine. Hung up, hit redial - it rang again! No busy signal! This time I was the correct caller! I had to identify statements that were either correct or incorrect, had to get three right to win. I got them, and we won Easter brunch for two at the Delta Hotel (a buffet brunch that is $39 a person!), five movie tickets to an Atlantic Film Festival movie (too far and too late for us to go, sold them on Kijiji for $20), and a free registration for a 5 K race (which I gave away to a runner at work). Woohoo!

Only downside is, for the brunch, kids 6 - 12 are half price, so $20 for my DS who just turned six yesterday. Oh well! The movie tix pay for that!
