Just signed the release form at Sears today for my grand prize win from the 2009 Fall Baby Times show.

They will be delivering the following stuff to me sometime next week.

I just received a letter from Canada Post saying I won "The Great Holiday Sweater Re-Gift" Contest. Not first place though ($5000 GC) but a sweater ($60 value). The GC would have been sweet but I'll take the sweater!

i've always just printed the pdf forms off, filled them in by hand, scanned the completed forms and sent them as an e-mail attachment. hope that helps!

I won one as well, but I just put all the info in the e-mail, didn't print anything out. Hopefully it goes through!
