Hi, I need some help. Apparently I've won the toluna.com sweepstakes. Now they sent me a W8BEN form to fill out, does that sound right? has anyone here won money from the US and had to fill that out?

I've never won anything and am pretty excited, so I hope this turns out to be legit!
