I've won twice on twitter...less competition, for sure. The best thing I learned (and I am no pro) is to search for your own handle constantly...that way if you win something you don't miss it. You can save the search too. Also, follow other contesters...as they will retweet giveaways all the time. I believe Sc-ers have a good following going on there.
