Today on November 18,2010, I have been selected as a winner of Canadian Family's Tangled contest that was featured online at CanadianFamily.ca. My prize were a Family of 4 prescreening tickets, to the Scotia Bank theatre at #3030-8882-170St., Edmonton,AB Canada.
My Second prize was for the Largo Winch DVD that were sent out to me by mail, from the previous contest.
I am super excited, it seems contests are just so hard to win and after spending so much energy for my son's dream job (no luck in that one..he did win a camera in the summer as a secondary prize; which was wonderful... well I put so much energy and time into trying to get him votes that I did little else with regards to savings and couponing) bla bla bla.
The great news is that I won the Shell fuel my passion; gas for a year contest...so $2800.00 in fuel g/c's. I can't tell you how ecstatic I am about this :) plus I gas up at Shell anyways and have for about 15 years (love the airmiles :) ) My family was doing the happy dance over this and because my youngest son took the winning photo I rewarded him with a super cool hat that he has been eyeing for a while but it was $36 YIPES and a video game :) the rest of the family enjoyed a feast of chinese food and some yummy blizzards for their treat.
I Love smart canucks and am so happy to be getting into this contest thing :)
