    (I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong section)

    I need some help from my fellow SC'ers A while back I was notified by e-mail that I would be receiving a CoverGirl product from their MyCoverGirl Facebook contest promotion. I had to answer a skill testing question, and then they e-mailed me again to say I was successful and would be receiving my product in 8-10 weeks. I am fairly patient, so when it had been 16 weeks with not reward in sight, I decided to e-mail them regarding my missing reward. I got their response today. Basically I didn't fill out some affidavit, that I never received, so I was disqualified.

    Did this happen to anyone else? For those who received the affidavit, did it come via snail mail? I e-mailed them back stating that I never received an affidavit and that I should not be disqualified for an error that was not my own. Very disappointed that I may not receive my CoverGirl product as I have been anxiously checking my mail box since Mid-November.

    Wow; this doesn't sound good,...I also won on January 4 2012; they sent an email and a link to a skill testing question on the eprize site,...after I answered it correctly they sent another email that said 'We're happy to let you know that you're a winner in the My COVERGIRL Promotion! You've won a COVERGIRL makeup product, which has an approximate retail value of up to $13.00. Congratulations!

    There's nothing you need to do except look for your prize within 8-10 weeks. Below is the address we have on file for you. If we happen to need additional information from you, we will contact you at this email address.'

    I don't know what to say
