UPDATE!!
Thank you sooo much for all your prayers and support! It turns out he didn't need another surgery after all. Last wednasday after demanding it, We got a second opinion from another doctor,who took a good look at him and all the films and x-rays, and he said my brother didn't need another surgery,it was unnessesary and he was too sick anyways.The new doctor put him on other meds and almost right away he started to get better, his fever went way down and he started to move a little and he could understand again, and by saturday he was starting to say a few words!!
Although he's not 'out of the woods' yet, this is sure a great feeling and it's because of all the prayers for him.
