Yah - I had a squirmy 1 month old with me so I didnt spend much time, but they had large jar candles, small ones, a lot of stuff on sale for 75% off etc. There was quite a lot of inventory and variety of scents. The hand soap promo was just the normal 5/$20 or whatever it usually is (but they had more selection than when I was there just over a month ago).

I was so excited to visit this outlet after hearing all your comments on this post!
I found lots of amazing deals, the most jaw-dropping were:

1) Japanese Cherry Blossom/Twilight Woods/Sweet Pea 5 piece packages at $10.75 (including 2 large hand soaps, large body lotion, an anti-bacterial hand lotion, & mini ant-bacterial gel)
2) 5 for $5 Midnight Pomegranate/Island Nectar mini anti-bacterial hand gels
3) 3 for $10 on a variety of creams and fragrance mists including Warm Vanilla Sugar/Fresh Market Apple anti-bacterial lotions, Paris Amour/Sweet Pea mini body lotions, and Cashmere glow fragrance mists
4) $3 for each 236ml fragrance mist including scents like Candy Apple, Country Chic and many more (lots of Christmas scents like peppermint)

They also had cute metal containers for your fragrances that were super cheap, huge Cashmere scented baskets at $32 (buy 1 get the 2nd 50% off), 50% off Paris scented fragrance mists & creams Let me know if you have any questions because I browsed the store for more than an hour on Friday!

Not much of a sale at the moment they just have cotton blossom and some other lotions 3 for $10 and some hand soaps on sale. If anyone spots a better sale please let me know.

Just returned from the outlet. Amazing deals right now. They got the semi annual stuff still. 75% off Country Apple, Juniper Breeze, Plumeria, saw one bottle of Peach Bellini, Sheer Cotton and Lemonade, Sweet Mongolia and Clementine, Oahu body mist, twisted peppermint mini lotion, wallflower refills and also some plug in for the refills...

They also got the regular bath and body sales as well as Rainforest Gardinea and other candles for $12.50.

They got other candles for 75% off too. Great deals!!!

On top of which you can use the $10 off $30 making it very cheap.
